American Orthodontic Society membership is required. For AOS members, the seminar fee is $4,480 with a $500 discount if you pay in full by September 1, 2011. A $995 deposit is required at registration. $100 of the deposit is non refundable 2 weeks prior to the start of the course. Charge for assistants attending with a dentist: $1,800.
