course cost
The course cost is $4,480 for dentists (less a $500 discount if paid in full by Dec. 16, 2011) -- this includes the course manual and materials for hands-on projects. An $1,120 deposit is required at registration ($100 of which is non-refundable two weeks prior to the beginning of the course).
