Tiny things trigger your amygdala, deep in your brain, and they start to feel like huge things.
You feel words like ‘always’ and ‘never’. Nothing good comes from those words.
You feel pain.
Unresolved conflicts keep you from enjoying each other - in marriage, in friendship, in family, at work. We make enemies, hopefully temporary, of people we can love instead.
Fighting and conflicts are no fun. Get out of the conflict mode and get back to loving as soon as possible.
Instead of wanting to win the argument, work on understanding.
Only love can overcome the pain, the anger, the pride.
Walk in love. Dwell in love. Be love. Every chance you get.
