Actually a better question is “What changes do you want to MAKE?”
It takes your constant and consistent decisions to make changes - because our lives become so habitual. Habits are mostly unconscious.
That’s why it takes conscious energy to change what we are doing, where we are going, what we are reaping.
So, there are ways to make change happen. It is within YOU.
The first step is your belief. about your life.

The next step is being clear on your goal.
So what change are you after?
Who do you want to be? What will that be like?
And then, begin making action toward that goal. The tiniest steps are great. Do something, anything, and then do something else, anything else, to put you on your path.
The Universe’s magic engages to help you.
You are on your way.
Repeat over and over.
