Ram Dass, nee Dr. Richard Alpert, reminded us to
“Be here, now.” Sounds so simple, doesn’t it? But think about it - notice what you think about most of the time. Is it what is RIGHT NOW? Or is it What to make for dinner; Did I do a good job of that? Do I really have to go to the meeting tonight? Be here, now. Look around. See the people. See the world in its beauty. Focus on any- and every-thing in this moment. We stay way too much in the past (often regret), and in the future (often worry). Today, Work to Be here, Now.
