INSTEAD, say, “I choose to feel tired,” and, “I choose to feel bored.” You decide your feelings, whether you realize it or not. They are created in your mind, usually subconscious mind, and then when you recycle the thoughts in your CONSCIOUS mind, the feelings become stronger and more entrenched. As the words come to your mind, your mouth, instead, even better say, “I choose to feel energized,” “I choose to rest now and rejuvenate,” “I choose to find something great to do,” and on and on… You BECOME what your WORDS SAY. BECOME great. Become happy. Become energized. Become engaged. Become by choosing your words!!The world you live in is the world you choose. Choose bliss.
