Every day we have lots of opportunities to feel stressed, to get angry or upset.
You will be challenged by the illusions. Your amygdala (that walnut-sized organ in your brain where your ego resides) will try to figure out what these mean about you, and to make you feel less than. Fight that. Go within. Don’t give something outside of yourself power over you and your joy.
