A nest of wren eggs in our garage.
The parent birds coming and going.
Guess we better leave the garage door open, said we.
Coming and going.
We heard peeping.
Finally - the babies were hatching.
Mother & Father flew in and out with things in their mouths.
Babies lived in the nest, alone until the parents came each time.
Tiny, sentient lives that grew there,
And joined the world outside.
When it was time.
The spectacular miracles around us
God’s glories
Under our noses.
Celebrate the glorious world today
As you walk through it.

Ram Dass, nee Dr. Richard Alpert, reminded us to
“Be here, now.”
Sounds so simple, doesn’t it?
But think about it - notice what you think about most of the time.
Is it what is RIGHT NOW?
Or is it
What to make for dinner;
Did I do a good job of that?
Do I really have to go to the meeting tonight?
Be here, now.
Look around.
See the people.
See the world in its beauty.
Focus on any- and every-thing in this moment.
We stay way too much in the past (often regret), and in the future (often worry).
Today,
Work to
Be here, Now.

My cart and I passed a petite lady in a pretty summer dress, pushing her cart.
Did she say something to me?
I turned around and said, “Did you say something to me?”
And she responded with a beautiful smile, “Yes, I said, ‘Your dress is beautiful!’”
A few minutes later we left, both filled with the love, joy and sense of fun
We had shared.
Two beautiful summer dresses.
Two ladies.
Enjoying reaching out.
In love and fun.

To be aware,
To understand,
To know
Of your Divine Presence.
Fill your awareness with the Light of Truth.
This is the time
To give
Love,
Joy, and a sense of fun.
Everyone around you needs your love, joy and fun .
You need it too.
And then, watch the windows of heaven be thrown open with a blast!
Because what we give comes back to us many-fold.
And the lives changed, many unbeknownst to you, some known,
Include your very own.
To understand,
To know
Of your Divine Presence.
Fill your awareness with the Light of Truth.

There’s your conscious mind.
Then there’s your subconscious mind.
Then there’s your Divine Mind.
Your awareness, your understanding and your dwelling
In the connection, the oneness of these
And the all-providing activity of the Divine Mind
As your source
Of form and experiences you can barely imagine.
Said another way:
Your thoughts in your conscious mind
Connect
And God responds.
Dwell in the positive, the happy, the joyous.
Good thoughts!

It’s so easy to worry.
It’s so easy to ruminate,
To obsess
To hope…
Change the channel.
Change the frequency.
Change to thoughts of your heart’s desires.
When your familiar, habitual thoughts of worry come back,
KEEP changing the frequency.
Go to picturing your heart’s desires.
Go to gratitude.
Align your energies with THOSE thoughts.
And watch what happens!!

Our thoughts become the fabric of our lives.
How is that, you ask?
Because thoughts are energy, going out into the Universe.
We are energy-beings
And the frequency of what we focus the majority of our attention on
Flows to us as form and experience. Truly.
Focus as much of your attention as possible on your heart’s desires.
You will change your world.

Catching raindrops on your tongue;
Splashing through the puddles;
Watching the moon come up.
Skipping together, in the middle of an evening walk;
Cooking together, then
Enjoying the results;
Fireworks on the Fourth of July -
Or any other time for that matter,
A blanket on the grass, live music perhaps,
And people we love.
Summertime fun.

We so want to please others.
So we don’t answer honestly, truthfully.
We skew it to please (we think).
Oh - and hey - we do the same thing to ourselves!
We don’t face honestly, about what we REALLY want.
That we are far from victim - because we are able.
That we can trust - and believe - and move toward joy.
Time for honesty.
Time for facing who we are,
And sharing our REAL self with the others.
