We get so excited planning for a vacay-- And the packing, the leaving… We feel excited. We call it happy. And after the vacation, it’s gone. It’s a memory. We call it wistfulness. Happy starts with your thinking, your every day activities, What you tell yourself every day, Especially about the challenges. A thought vacay. Hummmmmmm…..

...your job, your children, Your husband or wife, From the traffic From your health challenges. Stress comes from your thoughts about these things. Reset. Go to love. Send love. Surround yourself with love you are sharing. And watch the stress disappear. How often do things not work out the way you wanted, The way you thought? Something went wrong? Nope - God’s plan is different than ours. Move along in expectation that you will see That things went in ways that will change your life In ways That are not yet apparent. You may just be amazed. The more responsibility you take for your life Determines how many dreams, How much change How fabulous Your life will be. Don’t blame anyone. (That includes yourself). Go for fabulous. In times of craziness - like now -
Fear is a normal reaction. Thoughts race and it’s hard to find the positive ones. Want to change that? Change your mindset. Remember that love is the greatest force in the universe. Reset your beliefs through loving. Love your loves. Truly. Love your friends. And love your strangers in each day. Your beliefs will stop holding you in negativity. You can breathe. Deeply. Through love. How often do things not work out the way you wanted? The way you thought? Something went wrong? Nope - God’s plan is different than ours. Move along in expectation that you will see That things went in ways that will change your life In ways That are not yet apparent. You may just be amazed. The more responsibility you take for your life Determines how many dreams, How much change How fabulous Your life will be. Don’t blame anyone. (That includes yourself). Go for fabulous. You think you can do so very little - and do you try to do even that? Do what you can. And discover how huge it can be - For you, for the other, And the other, and the other and the other, and… You get the idea. YOU can be the reason Somebody feels valued, loved, supported, happy, Walking away from you with a spring in their step. Be the reason today for every single person you meet. Try it. Even the drivers in the next lane. Send love to them. Allow them to pass if they like. Smile as they do. Suddenly their moment is better. And SO IS YOURS. Don’t you look back at memories - wonderful memories - Of the most mundane things? Your toddler, now grown, running as only a toddler can, Wobbling from one foot to the other. Your heart fills. Your moments hand-in-hand with a love, walking on the beach Or in the woods Or in the city among high-energy tall buildings full of wonderful people. Your heart swells with the memory. Working - on the job - with coworkers, The laughs and fun, the challenges and successes. Wishing you could re-experience those folks and moments. Today is one of those memories. It’s not pasted in the scrapbook of your mind yet, But you can fill your heart, experience it fully NOW. TODAY. Paste that memory into your mind As you go through the day, and get to the evening Full and joyous. WOW. Create positive energies - Think happiness-thoughts which are the fertilizer for your dreams.
CREATE positive energies to propel you to even greater Thoughts, feelings, experiences and knowings!! Grief is really just love. All the love you want to give, but cannot. All of that unshared love gathering in the corners of your eyes, The lump in your throat, and in the heart place in your chest. Love with no place to go. — from Jamie Anderson (words reworked in my heart) Someone most precious in my life, A life journey shared, Here in this life, was called Walter Doyle. Always greeted everyone with a warm smile As if he’d been waiting for that one his whole life. When he spoke, it was almost at a whisper, So you paid close attention to every word. Lightworker. Carried his own pain. Yet ALWAYS turned it into light and love |
