This morning, notice the energies around you.
The energies of matter are in your morning.
Look around at the birds,
...the breezes moving the leaves,
...the rays of sunshine peeking through.
And, the stars are still up there, reflecting light.
But you cannot see them right now.
Indeed, our Universe is full of energy, love, greatness.
Now go out there and enjoy your day!!
Think how happy others can be
because of you.
And, think of how that happiness
...bounces right back
Your purpose is giving others happiness.
Spending seven years in Abu Dhabi, UAE, we learned how much the English cultures are steeped in the tradition of a hot cup of tea. It is a love affair, for sure.
Afternoons in the clinic found us alternating between afternoon coffee and a cuppa. (That’s tea.) It depended on which parents were there, and what they chose to have served to them, while we drank the same and shared memories, home, experiences, and love.
Flying to and from Abu Dhabi and Texas, I got to enjoy a wonderful cup of tea, served in a porcelain cup with a saucer and a little tiny tea bag bowl, a touch of cream and sometimes a bit of honey.
Today, take a moment-
Deep breath, belonging, loving.
Either way, share love.
Life becomes so much easier when we are fresh, recharged, restored.
Focus returns. Coping is back. Generosity and love abound.
Recharge your batteries:
Get more sleep.
Go out for a walk or run and enjoy the quiet beauty of God’s earth.
Have a hot soak in the tub, or a nice shower.
Call a friend and chat.
Pray, meditate, commune with your divine part.
Go into each routine of the day with wide-open eyes.
And find opportunities for sharing love and joy.
Go to enjoyment. Go to vitality. Go to wonderful.
Dance with life!
