Think about this moment.
Think about where you are, what you are doing, where you are going. You are walking “your road,” on your journey. Your goals of last year - which have been met? Which are you still working on? Those ones - the ones you haven’t seen accomplished yet, are pretty much in the bag now. You are SO -o-o-o-o-o close. Keep your faith. Focus on the way you will feel when you reach those goals. Pursue little actions toward them. Soon it will be time for new goals!! WOW!

To change the world in a positive way, you have to start with changing yourself. Does your office have nice people working there?
Do your patients or customers know it? When a group of people identify as fine, nice, kind people, the individuals in the group begin to identify with the beliefs and they “become” even kinder to each other, to their families, to people they meet… The power of “nice” is an amazing thing. It transforms the lives of all the people involved. Think of how you can increase the power of nice in your office. One of the most fantastic ways is for you to point out to the group that “our office has the ‘nicest’ people in it! I am so proud of how we care for others and each other.” Then model being super-kind to each and every coworker as well as patients, visitors, families. Watch for a jump in the power of nice among your group. The energy can be astounding and transformational to all! Back and neck pain are common among people in the dental profession. Here's how I dealt with these, and the results were, for me, amazing. When you say the words, “I am,” you have uttered an incredibly powerful statement. So be careful what you follow those two words with! Say... “I am wise,” “I am loving”, “I am able," "I am prosperous.” Say what you want to bring to yourself. Only think and speak what you want to bring forth in your life. Here’s to your prosperous and wonderful life! The times, they are a-changin' ... and you've got this. What you are thinking now is creating the way you feel in your body now and what your tomorrows will be like. It often feels more like “someone made me stressed,” or “my job [insert family, child, friend, coworker…] is making me stressed.” Then, if it’s someone or something else’s “fault”, we become the victim. But - being a victim doesn’t feel good, and it does NOT change you for the better. Your thoughts can be instead, “I am enjoying my day, my [job, family, child, friend, coworker…]” or “I send/give love to…” Your tomorrow is right on the heel of today. Your tomorrows can be on the HEAL of today if your thoughts are of peace and love. Change your tomorrows today! To tomorrow, to love, to peace, What started out as a routine visit to Sam's Club turned into a great sharing of life and love with someone I met there. |
