It’s so easy to worry. It’s so easy to ruminate, To obsess To hope… Change the channel. Change the frequency. Change to thoughts of your heart’s desires. When your familiar, habitual thoughts of worry come back, KEEP changing the frequency. Go to picturing your heart’s desires. Go to gratitude. Align your energies with THOSE thoughts. And watch what happens!! Our thoughts become the fabric of our lives. How is that, you ask? Because thoughts are energy, going out into the Universe. We are energy-beings And the frequency of what we focus the majority of our attention on Flows to us as form and experience. Truly. Focus as much of your attention as possible on your heart’s desires. You will change your world. Catching raindrops on your tongue; Splashing through the puddles; Watching the moon come up. Skipping together, in the middle of an evening walk; Cooking together, then Enjoying the results; Fireworks on the Fourth of July - Or any other time for that matter, A blanket on the grass, live music perhaps, And people we love. Summertime fun. |
