Each morning, write down three things you are grateful for. It will make a difference in your day.
Begin your day with success
- and have a fantastically successful day!
Make your bed - start your day with accomplishment.
Meditate / pray - connect with your Divine Self.
Exercise - walk or yoga, or other workout - 20 or 30 minutes.
Write at least three gratitudes - for your amazing life!
Write your daily goals - even if you wrote them yesterday, and the day before!
Drink about 24 ounces of clean, filtered water. (Check out Berkey water filters - healthful water quality, no disposable filters, inexpensive. My family uses them.)
Then go out and love everyone you meet!
Your day will be fantastic!!
