Does your office have nice people working there?
Do your patients or customers know it? When a group of people identify as fine, nice, kind people, the individuals in the group begin to identify with the beliefs and they “become” even kinder to each other, to their families, to people they meet… The power of “nice” is an amazing thing. It transforms the lives of all the people involved. Think of how you can increase the power of nice in your office. One of the most fantastic ways is for you to point out to the group that “our office has the ‘nicest’ people in it! I am so proud of how we care for others and each other.” Then model being super-kind to each and every coworker as well as patients, visitors, families. Watch for a jump in the power of nice among your group. The energy can be astounding and transformational to all!
