Our brains construct thoughts and thus our minds create matter - neurons and synapses in response to our consciousness/awareness and thoughts.
Spend time in meditative matter creation. Like you did when your mother accused you of being “in space.” Or asked, “What planet are you on?” Luftmensch literally means “air person” in Yiddish; being a “space cadet.” Meditate, dream, sing for a bit each day. Experience water and notice the effect it has on you. Embue it with your happy thoughts and it will send joy back to you as you intake it. Radiate blessing to everything and everyone around you. You will see and experience a positive difference! Life will change for you as you spend time in “space.” Your emotions, thoughts, and creativity will soar. As will you. To the galaxy,
