Some days flow better than others. Why? Because of how you think. When you remember that even the most challenging experiences are made easier when you see them as opportunities, the day will flow better. Your life will be better. Opportunities? Yes. To help others. To make your family’s life better. To grow. To learn. To reach out. And then, when today is done, put it to rest and put yourself to rest. A new day is coming. “Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson And when tomorrow becomes your today, start out with proclaiming: Today is going to be a wonderful day. I can handle every challenge that comes my way. I feel great physically, mentally and emotionally. It is wonderful to be alive. I am grateful for all that I have had, all that I now have and all that I shall have. Today will NOT fall apart. God is with me, God is helping me, God is guiding me. I thank God for every good thing. Happy Day! Love,
