What you are thinking now is creating the way you feel in your body now and what your tomorrows will be like. It often feels more like “someone made me stressed,” or “my job [insert family, child, friend, coworker…] is making me stressed.” Then, if it’s someone or something else’s “fault”, we become the victim. But - being a victim doesn’t feel good, and it does NOT change you for the better. Your thoughts can be instead, “I am enjoying my day, my [job, family, child, friend, coworker…]” or “I send/give love to…” Your tomorrow is right on the heel of today. Your tomorrows can be on the HEAL of today if your thoughts are of peace and love. Change your tomorrows today! To tomorrow, to love, to peace,
